About Our Products

Yes! All of our products are 100% cruelty-free. Many are also vegan-friendly—check the product description to confirm.

Our products are formulated to work with a variety of skin types. Each product page highlights whether it’s best for oily, dry, combination, or sensitive skin.

No. We’re committed to clean beauty and never use parabens, sulfates, or other harsh chemicals.

Each product includes a PAO (Period After Opening) symbol on the packaging, which tells you how long it will stay fresh once opened (usually 6–12 months).

Yes—many of our formulas are gentle and dermatologist-tested. We do recommend patch testing a small amount before applying fully.

Never. We are firmly against animal testing at every stage of production.

Shipping & Returns

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please reach out to us via email, live chat, or WhatsApp, and we’ll help track it down.

As these are products that are used on a person’s lips, once opened and used, there is NO refund or exchange. Therefore, please ensure that the color(s) chosen is exactly what you want before exchanging cash/card swipe and product.

We’re so sorry! Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item, and we’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
